供电企业作为向广大客户提供优质电能的企业,由于其工作性质具有流动性强、工作现场分散、工作负荷高、安全风险大的特点,员工承受的工作压力很大。研究表明,工作压力对工作者的身心健康会造成很大的伤害,对组织也会产生消极的影响,如引起工作者的不满、消极、缺勤和高离职率等问题。因此,研究员工工作压力现状,增强思想政治工作的针对性和有效性,缓解员工工作压力,降低因工作压力对企业正常生产经营活动带来的影响,是本文关注的重点。
As a power supply enterprise providing high-quality electric energy for its clients, due to its characteristics of high mobility, scattered work sites, high workload and high safety risk, employees are under great pressure to work. Research shows that work stress can cause great harm to the physical and mental health of workers and negative impacts on the organization, such as worker dissatisfaction, negativity, absenteeism and high turnover rates. Therefore, it is the focus of this article to study the status quo of employees’ work pressure, enhance the pertinence and effectiveness of ideological and political work, ease the work pressure of employees and reduce the impact of work pressure on the normal production and business activities of enterprises.
