上海地处江南水网地带,水运是传统的运输方式,内河港口作为交通枢纽、水陆联运的咽喉,在水运系统中有着重要地位。通过分析上海市内河港口存在的问题,研究发展内河港口的思路和对策,是新世纪上海市内河港口面临的重要课题。 一、概述 上海市内河航道约210条,通航里程约2100公里,内河码头主要分布在全市170多条航道上,分布比较集中的航道是蕴藻浜、大治河、川杨河、浦东运河等干线航道。 目前,全市共有内河码头单位1212家,泊位数3255个,码头总延长106843米。据统计,全市内河码头在2000年完成货物
Shanghai is located in the Jiangnan Water Network. Water transport is a traditional mode of transport. As a transportation hub, the inland river port plays an important role in the water transport system. By analyzing the existing problems in Shanghai’s inland river ports, it is an important issue facing the inland river ports in Shanghai in the new century to study the train of thoughts and countermeasures for developing inland river ports.
