川崎病是一种原因不明的自限性全身血管炎性疾病,近年来已成为发展中国家小儿获得性心脏病的首要原因。因其所致的冠状动脉损伤极大地影响患儿预后,其早期诊断治疗一直是临床研究的热点和难点。现主要回顾当前国内外对于外周血基质金属蛋白酶9用于小儿川崎病冠状动脉损伤早期诊断的研究现况,指出其在冠状动脉损伤早期诊断中具有重要的临床价值。
Kawasaki disease is an unidentified self-limiting systemic vascular inflammatory disease and has been the leading cause of acquired heart disease in children in developing countries in recent years. Because of the coronary artery injury caused by it greatly affect the prognosis of children, its early diagnosis and treatment has been a hot and difficult clinical research. At present, the current status of the research on the early diagnosis of coronary artery injury in children with Kawasaki disease by matrix metalloproteinase-9 in our country is mainly reviewed. It is indicated that it has important clinical value in the early diagnosis of coronary artery injury.
