目的:研究可宁汤有效成分的抗炎与镇痛作用。方法:将可宁汤有效成份分别配成高、中、低剂量可宁液,观察不同剂量可宁液对大鼠热水浴甩尾痛阈值、福尔马林疼痛实验疼痛积分的影响,以及对足趾肿胀实验大鼠足跖直径、周长肿胀率的影响。结果:与阴性对照组相比,可宁液3个剂量组均能在药后1、2、3、4、5h提高大鼠的热水浴甩尾痛阈值及抑制福尔马林致炎后40、80、120min,24、48、72h的大鼠足跖直径及周长肿胀率。其中高、中剂量组还能降低大鼠福尔马林疼痛实验的疼痛积分(P<0.05)。结论:可宁液具有一定的镇痛及抗炎作用。
Objective: To study the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of the active ingredients of Canning Decoction. METHODS: The effective ingredients of Canning Decoction were formulated into high, medium and low doses of Canning Solution respectively. The effects of different doses of Canning Solution on the threshold of hot water bath tail flick and the pain score of formalin pain test were observed. The effect of foot swelling on the diameter and circumference of paws in rats. RESULTS: Compared with the negative control group, the three doses of Canning Solution could increase the threshold of the hot water bath tail-flick pain at 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 h after treatment and inhibit the formalin-induced inflammation. The diameter and peripheral swelling of the paws of rats at 80, 120 min, 24, 48, and 72 h. The high and middle dose groups also reduced pain scores in rat formalin pain tests (P<0.05). Conclusion: Coking solution has certain analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects.
