本实验对CO_2潴留2天和5天大鼠及慢性缺O_2伴CO_2潴留1月大鼠的肾皮质和髓质带3蛋白mRNA表达水平进行了研究。结果表明,慢性高碳酸血症大鼠肾皮质和髓质带3蛋白mRNA水平明显增加,这种适应性改变也许可提高肾集合管闰细胞基底面带3蛋白阴离子转运功能,使重吸收增加,以代偿体内的酸碱失衡。它可能在慢性呼吸性酸中毒时,肾脏酸碱调节中起重要作用。
In the present study, the expression of mRNA of renal cortex and medulla band 3 in CO 2 -repeated 2-day and 5-day rats and chronic non-O 2 -forming rats with CO 2 retention were studied. The results showed that renal cortex and medullary zone 3 protein mRNA levels were significantly increased in chronic hypercapnic rats, and this adaptive change may increase the anion transport function of basal leucocytes in the renal collecting duct and increase the reabsorption, To compensate for the acid-base imbalance in the body. It may play an important role in renal acid-base regulation in chronic respiratory acidosis.
