目的观察榄香烯联合氟尿嘧啶(5-FU)对H22荷瘤小鼠的抑瘤作用。方法小鼠左腋窝下皮下种瘤造实体瘤模型。将35只荷瘤小鼠等分为5组,分别以榄香烯高剂量(100 mg·kg~(-1))、榄香烯低剂量(50 mg·kg~(-1))、5-FU(20 mg·kg~(-1))、榄香烯低剂量(50mg·kg~(-1))联合5-FU(20 mg·kg~(-1))及生理盐水(0.2 mL)处置10 d,记录各组小鼠治疗期间体质量及移植瘤的体积并计算抑制率,HE染色法观察各切片中瘤组织的差异。结果荷瘤小鼠经药物处置5 d后,各用药组瘤体积较生理盐水对照组均有缩小,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),联合组优于单独用药组;对小鼠体质量影响,联合组及5-FU组均大于榄香烯组及对照组;组织切片中可见各用药组对瘤组织不同程度的破坏。结论榄香烯能有效地抑制H22肿瘤的生长,可以作为化疗药5-FU的辅助药物。
Objective To observe the anti-tumor effect of elemene combined with 5-fluorouracil on H22 tumor-bearing mice. Methods Mouse left axillary subcutaneous tumor-made solid tumor model. Thirty five tumor-bearing mice were equally divided into five groups, with high doses of elemene (100 mg · kg -1), low doses of elemene (50 mg · kg -1), 5 -FU (20 mg · kg -1), low dose of elemene (50 mg · kg -1) and 5-FU (20 mg · kg -1) and saline ) For 10 days. The body weight and tumor volume of the mice in each group were recorded and the inhibition rate was calculated. The difference of the tumor tissues in each section was observed by HE staining. Results After the mice were treated with drugs for 5 days, the tumor volume of each drug-treated group decreased compared with the saline control group (P <0.05), and the combined group was better than the single drug-treated group Influence, the combination group and the 5-FU group are greater than the elemene group and the control group; tissue slices can be seen in each treatment group of tumor tissue destruction to varying degrees. Conclusion Elemene can effectively inhibit the growth of H22 tumors and can be used as adjunct to chemotherapy drug 5-FU.
