纪律与原则是对党员干部的重要考核指标,也是基层党员在为党、为民服务过程中的重要行为规范,在部分党员干部中存在“好人主义”的不良工作原则,严重腐蚀了我党的工作作风。以增强四个意识为切入点,让基层党员积极传导党风建设的正能量,是每一个党员应该坚守的党性原则。
