辅助生殖医学技术是生殖医学的一个重要组成部分.精子的分离、纯化、人工授精、试管婴儿和配子输卵管内移植等均属于这一范畴.精子的分离纯化方法很多,诸如精子浮游技术(ConventionalSwim-up technique)、帕可尔梯度法(Percoll grad-ient),离心法(Centrifugation),浮游沉降法(Mig-ration Sedimentation)和滤网法等.但此类方法均不能达到完全的无菌状态,更无法获得完全优质的精子.故精子的分离纯化一直是辅助生殖医学中的一个重要研究课题.
Assisted reproductive medical technology is an important part of reproductive medicine.Sperm separation, purification, artificial insemination, IVF and gametubular fallopian tube transplantation belong to this category.Sperm isolation and purification methods, such as sperm floating technology (ConventionalSwim- up technique, Percoll gradient, Centrifugation, Mig-ration Sedimentation and sieve method etc. However, none of these methods can achieve the complete aseptic state, But can not get completely high quality sperm, so the separation and purification of sperm has been an important research topic in assisted reproductive medicine.
