台湾是中国领土不可分割的一部分。早日实现祖国和平统一,是海峡两岸人民共同的心愿。维护祖国的和平统一,维护国家主权和领土完整,亦即维护中华民族的根本利益,这是每一个中华民族成员必须承担的义务和责任。据来稿反映,我国内地学术期刊和网络媒体的涉台称谓用语时有违反国家有关规定的不规范现象。显然,这类事关国家文化安全、学术安全,更关涉国家主权和领土完整的地域性称谓用语问题亟待关注和纠正。为此,本期“文化视点”集中发表了蒋晓晖先生的来稿,以期引起关注。
Taiwan is an inalienable part of China’s territory. Early realization of the peaceful unification of the motherland is the common aspiration of the people on both sides of the Taiwan Strait. Maintaining the peaceful unification of the motherland and safeguarding state sovereignty and territorial integrity, that is, safeguarding the fundamental interests of the Chinese nation are the obligations and responsibilities that every member of the Chinese nation must shoulder. According to the manuscript, there are irregularities in violation of the relevant provisions of the state in the use of appellations involving academic journals and online media in mainland China. Obviously, these issues of regional appellation that concern the national cultural security, academic security and even the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the country require urgent attention and rectification. To this end, this issue “cultural point of view ” focused on the manuscript delivered by Mr. Jiang Xiaohui, with a view to cause concern.
