我区平菇栽培面积很大,但产量低,效益差,高投入而不能高产出,大部分菇农都是采用袋栽、垛墙式自然出菇等管理方法,产量主要集中在第一、二潮菇,大面积栽培的生物学效率只有80％左右。因此,加强平菇栽培的中后期管理,是提高平菇单产和效益不可忽视的问题。本文主要介绍平菇中后期管理的两项技术措施。
