希腊通过地电观测成功地预报了地震的消息,似乎在专家们中间没有引起任何反响。“地震预报成功”这一说法,往往缺乏科学根据。从正统的预报研究现状看,似乎也不应有“预报成功”那种乐观的提法。所以,对于这一消息没有反应大概也可以说是理所当然的。可是,1984年11月下旬,由于偶然的机会,笔者得以对希腊这方面的研究实质有所接触,并对这项研究成果是否货真价实进行了判断,现在这里提出,以引起有识之士的关注。1984年,也就是笔者接受国际研究杂志
Greece successfully predicted the news of earthquakes through geoelectric observations. It seems that no reaction has been caused among experts. The “earthquake prediction success” this argument, often lack scientific basis. Judging from the status quo of orthodox forecast studies, there seems to be no optimistic reference to “forecasting success.” Therefore, it is perhaps taken for granted that there is no response to this news.
