本文以建筑类高校会计学专业核心能力为研究对象,将专业核心能力的需求和建筑类高校会计学专业培养环境相结合,分析核心能力培养的重要性和目前培养现状,并依据会计学专业毕业生所需具备六大核心能力,以沈阳建筑大学为例,提出明确培养目标、优化课程体系、注重实践能力、在课外活动中培养核心能力等在内的提升方法。
Based on the core competencies of accounting major in architecture colleges and universities, this paper combines the demand of professional core competencies with the training environment of accounting major in architecture universities to analyze the importance of core competence cultivation and current training status, and based on the graduation of accounting major Students need to have six core competencies, taking Shenyang Jianzhu University as an example, to put forward specific methods to enhance the training objectives, optimize the curriculum system, focus on practical ability, and develop core competencies in extracurricular activities.
