目的:探讨聚焦超声治疗常年性变应性鼻炎(PAR)的疗效。方法:在鼻内窥镜下运用聚焦超声治疗PAR患者102例(手术组),用症状和体征评分方法评定其疗效,并与保守治疗患者54例(对照组)进行比较。结果1年后手术组有效率为96%,对照组为65%,其差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:鼻内窥镜下下鼻甲和筛前神经鼻中隔分支联合聚焦超声治疗PAR的一种效果确切、可靠而简便的新方法,值得推广。
Objective: To investigate the effect of focused ultrasound on perennial allergic rhinitis (PAR). Methods: 102 patients undergoing endoscopic ultrasonography (PAR) were treated with focused ultrasound (PAR), and their symptoms were assessed by symptom and symptom score and compared with 54 patients with conservative treatment (control group). Results One year after operation, the effective rate was 96% in the operation group and 65% in the control group, the difference was significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: Nasal endoscopic turbinate and anterior ethmoidal nasal septum branch combined with focused ultrasound for the treatment of PAR with an exact, reliable and easy new method is worth promoting.
