目的:探讨小切口白内障摘除手术中不同切口位置对术后散光的影响。方法:选择术前散光≥75°的白内障78例(92眼)分为两大组,其中根据术前角膜地形图:A组为顺规性散光组,作上方巩膜隧道切口;B组为逆规性散光组,作颞侧透明角膜切口,分别行小切口白内障摘除加折叠式人工晶状体植入术;术后观察3天,1、3月、6月的角膜平均散光和裸眼视力情况。结果:两大组在术后不同时间内角膜散光度之间无显著性差异,视力情况相似。术后1月散光基本稳定,裸眼视力>0.5比例最高。结论:结合患者术前散光轴选择适当的切口位置可以有效控制术后散光提高视力。
Objective: To investigate the effect of different incision positions on postoperative astigmatism in small incision cataract surgery. Methods: 78 cases (92 eyes) with preoperative astigmatism of ≥75 ° were divided into two groups. According to the preoperative corneal topography: group A was a cis-regulatory astigmatism group, Conventional astigmatism group, temporal transparent corneal incision, respectively, small incision cataract extraction and foldable intraocular lens implantation; postoperative observation of 3 days, 1, 3, 6 months corneal astigmatism and uncorrected visual acuity. Results: There was no significant difference in corneal astigmatism between the two groups at different times after surgery, and the visual acuity was similar. The astigmatism was basically stable in January and the highest visual acuity was> 0.5 in the naked eye. Conclusion: The preoperative preoperative astigmatism axis selection of appropriate incision position can effectively control postoperative astigmatism to improve visual acuity.
