中学历史课的“双基”是什么,我认为,教学大纲中规定的中学历史教学的目的和要求,体现了历史课的“双基”。它要求学生掌握基本的历史知识,了解中国历史和世界历史的重要历史事件和历史人物,逐步培养学生树立阶级斗争、生产斗争、人民群众创造历史,历史按规律发展,经济基础决定上层建筑和上层建筑反作用等历史唯物主义的基本观点;同时要求培养学生运用这些基本观点观察问题和分析问题的能力。我理解,前者是属于基本知识教学的范畴,后者是属于基本技能训练的范畴。
