本文综述了锌缺乏对脑发育和功能的影响。脑含大量锌,尤以海马门区含量最高,脑金属硫蛋白对脑锌的内稳态起调控作用。锌缺乏影响脑DNA、RNA和蛋白质的合成,使小脑发育受损、神经递质水平改变、行为改变、海马神经元功能及微管蛋白聚合功能受损。此外锌过量具神经毒作用。
This article reviews the effects of zinc deficiency on brain development and function.
