本文以环磷酸胺、2-甲氧基乙醇及全-反-视黄酸3种已知化学致畸物为例,综述了化学毒物致畸机理方面体外研究进展。

In this paper, three kinds of known chemical teratogen such as cyclophosphamide, 2-methoxyethanol and all-trans-retinoic acid were taken as examples to review the in vitro research progress of teratogenic mechanism of chemical poisons.
