体育,作为德、智、体全面教育方针的组成部分,在成人高校中也已得到应有的重视,普遍设立了体育机构,配备了专职教师,购置了设备,开辟了场地,开展了各种各样的体育活动。并把体育课列为必修课。然而,成人高校毕竟是改革开放以来大量涌现的新事物,体育工作没有传统经验可循,也无全面系统的指令性文件可依。以教学为例,教学项目的设置,教材内容的选择,上课形式和教学方法的采用等,可谓各自为政,互不相同,一般参照普通高校体育工作的作法,有的干脆完全照搬。目前,成人高校体育管理工作中的这种纷乱(或无政府)状态急待理顺。效益应当估量,经验应当总结,信息应当交流。群策群
