The most important part of piston compressors is automatic valves. Widely used ring valve, due to its installation status restrictions, the channel area is not large. As a result, air or gas flow throttling occurs within the annular valve as the air is drawn in and exhausted, causing a significant loss of energy in the valve and, as a result, consuming too much power when compressing the first cubic meter of air and gas. In the DC valve, the structure of the Leningrad branch of the Institute of Manufacturing Technology of Quan Su makes it possible to obtain larger passage cross sections with the same overall dimensions and significantly reduce the energy loss of the valve.
