以Wistar大鼠和TAI小鼠作模型,试验金丝枣浆的抗衰老作用。结果表明,金丝枣浆有明显抗动脉粥样硬化和降低血清胆固醇作用。对小鼠肝SOD(过氧化物歧化酶)、LF(脂褐素)和脑、肝MAO-B测定表明。金丝枣浆有显著的抗衰老作用。
Wistar rats and TAI mice were used as models to test the anti-aging effect of gold silk jujube pulp. The results showed that gold silk jujube pulp had significant anti-atherosclerosis and serum cholesterol lowering effects. Liver SOD (superoxide dismutase), LF (lipofuscin), and brain, liver MAO-B assays were shown in mice. Gold silk jujube has a significant anti-aging effect.
