笔者在多年的临床实践中,使用云南白药治疗骨髓炎,复发性口腔溃疡以及不明原因之炎性包块等疑难病证,均收到满意的效果。兹举几例验案如下: 1.复发性口腔溃疡周某,女,52岁,农民。1986年12月9日初诊。患者口腔炎二十余年(反复发作)。每隔一至两个月发病一次,轻则5—7d,重则15—20d。口腔糜烂斑块大小不等,部位不定,此起彼发,曾多方治疗不见好转。本次发病月余未瘥,同时伴有低热,口干不渴,五心烦热,夜寐不安。诊见:口腔
In the years of clinical practice, the author used Yunnanbaiyao to treat osteomyelitis, recurrent oral ulcers and unclear inflammatory masses and other difficult cases, all of which received satisfactory results.
