渤海轮渡股份有限公司是国内规模最大、综合运输能力最强的客滚运输企业;2012年9月成功上市。是山东省首家登陆A股市场的航运企业。主要经营烟台至大连、蓬莱至旅顺航线客滚运输业务及国际旅游业务。目前拥有“渤海玛珠”轮等9艘大型客滚船、一艘国际豪华邮轮——“中华泰山”号和一家国际旅行社。公司客滚船车客运量、车客市场占有率、营业收入、净利润、上缴税金连续8年居全国同行企业首位。
