新形势背景下高校的服装教学创新改革分析

近些年,高校的专业设置越来越紧随市场发展的需要。由于公民收入水平的提升,其在衣食住行等方面的消费力度不断增强,这就在一定程度上极力促进了我国服装业的发展。随着居民的穿衣品位不断提高,也不断要求服装业能够不断创新以满足消费者的需求,因此这也就要求高校在服装人才培养上应该紧跟市场需要,培养创新性人才。但是我国高校服装专业相对于国外来说较为年轻,其在课程设置以及教学管理上存在着诸多问题。这就使得高校服装专业的毕业生难以满足服装公司的需要,这样就背离了高校人才培养的初衷。因此,高校作为为国家培养人才的重要机构,应该根据现代服装市场的需要,在人才培养过程中融入现代的创新理念,积极对专业课程以及教学进行改革创新,从而提升高校人才的整体素质。 In recent years, the professional setting of colleges and universities is more and more closely following the needs of market development. Due to the improvement of citizens’ income level, their spending on food, clothing, housing and transportation has been continuously increasing. To a certain extent, this has strongly promoted the development of China’s garment industry. With the improvement of residents’ dressing quality, they also constantly demand that the garment industry can innovate continuously to meet the needs of consumers. Therefore, colleges and universities should keep up with the needs of the market and cultivate innovative talents in the cultivation of garment talents. However, the apparel majors in our country are relatively young compared to foreign countries, and there are many problems in curriculum setup and teaching management. This makes college graduates of clothing difficult to meet the needs of clothing companies, thus deviating from the original intention of college personnel training. Therefore, colleges and universities, as important institutions for cultivating talents for the country, should integrate modern innovative ideas in the process of talent cultivation according to the needs of the modern clothing market, actively reform and innovate specialty courses and teaching so as to enhance the overall quality of college personnel.
