利用W-M函数对二维表面粗糙度进行模拟,并利用其功率谱计算表面粗糙度的分形维数。最后分析了分形维数与表面的支承长度率曲线的关系。
The W-M function is used to simulate the two-dimensional surface roughness, and the fractal dimension of the surface roughness is calculated by using its power spectrum. Finally, the relationship between the fractal dimension and the surface support rate curve is analyzed.
