党的十八大明确提出,积极倡导富强、民主、文明、和谐,倡导自由、平等、公正、法治,倡导爱国、敬业、诚信、友善。这就是中国社会主义核心价值观的主要内容,其中包含了国家、社会和个人等三个层面,也是对中国特色社会主义精神文明建设的一个明确和目标的提出。价值观来源于文化,文化自信是价值观的基石。本文认为,践行社会主义核心价值观需要积极培育文化自信。中华民族文化历史源远流长,又有先进的马克思主义等理论作为社会主义建设的指导思想,应有强大的文化自信,发挥优秀文化的强大力量,积极践行社会主义核心价值观。
The 18th CPC National Congress clearly proposed that we should actively promote prosperity, democracy, civilization and harmony, advocate freedom, equality, fairness and rule of law, and advocate patriotism, dedication, honesty and friendliness. This is the main content of the core values of socialism in China. It contains three levels: state, society and individuality. It is also a clear and objective proposal for the building of a spiritual civilization with Chinese characteristics. Values come from culture, cultural self-confidence is the cornerstone of values. This article argues that practicing the core values of socialism requires actively cultivating cultural self-confidence. With a long history of Chinese culture and advanced Marxism as the guiding ideology of socialist construction, there should be strong cultural confidence, exerting the great strength of excellent culture and actively practicing the core values of socialism.
