我在学生中组织的经常性的形式多样的学雷锋活动,对塑造学生美的心灵起了颇大的作用。我组织学生开展学雷锋活动。做到了“二不”、“四有”。“二不”即“不间断”、“不动摇”,“四有”即:有组织、有阵地、有制度、有内容。选定一名学生干部任组织者,其他同学采取自愿报名的方法,在班内组成四个学雷锋小组,每小组十五人左右,分为“扶老班”、“携幼班”、“尊师班”、“美化班”,选定县光荣院、县直幼儿园、本校领导和老师办公室、本班教室内外四个地方分别为以上四个小组的活动阵地,确定了小组活动时间(每周六下午两节课后),活动后进行情况小结,学期中进行小组初评,学期末评选学雷锋标兵等制度,各组分别以搞好所选活动阵地的院落、室内外的环境卫生并尽量达到环境美为内容。在活动时间内,只要教师没有集体活动,我都参加学雷锋小组的活动。同学们自带工具,直赴阵地,
