采用食管心房调搏术观察四氢帕马丁(颅通定)对40例室上性心动过速(SVT)的疗效,并行临床电生理研究。结果表明,四氢帕马丁终止SVT急性发作的有效率为52.5%,其中房室结折返性心动过速(AVNRT)为51.9%,房室折返性心动过速(AVRT)为53.8%,两组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。其电生理作用为延长房室传导系统包括快、慢径路和旁路的前向传导有效不应期,延长SR间期和异位心律的RR间期,并使诱发窗口缩小。
Esophageal atrial pacing was used to observe the curative effect of tetrahydropalmatidine (Cranioparidine) on 40 patients with supraventricular tachycardia (SVT), and clinical electrophysiological studies were performed. The results showed that the effective rate of Tetrahydropalmatine termination of SVT was 52.5%, of which AVNRT was 51.9% and AVRT was 53 .8%, no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). Its electrophysiological effect is to prolong the anterior chamber conductive system, including fast, slow pathway and bypass forward conduction effective refractory period, prolong the RR interval of SR interval and ectopic rhythm and make the induced window shrink.
