学会是企业行政的得力助手。学会工作搞好了将真正起到“扭带和桥梁”作用,于生产有利于调动工程技术人员的积极性有利,于企业创造好的经济效益有利。但目前纺织行业比较困难,经费紧张,人心思走。在市场经济新的形势下,如何转变观念,学会如何配合行政抓好工作是各学会正在思考和关心的问题,我们重庆纺机专业委员会是这样开展工作的:
