本文叙述了新日本钢铁公司LD转炉采用各种铁水比操作的一些经验。相当详细地叙述了冷生铁(即低硅生铁),高发热值炉料(焦炭、硅铁、电石、碳化硅)以及低铁水比时予热废钢和冷生铁的效果。还讨论了高铁水比操作的技术条件。 结论 对日本钢铁公司LD转炉使用各种铁水比操作的一些经验已作了论述。过去十年中LD操作已得到许多发展。然而,近来在资源、能量利用方面的经济问题和环境保护问题已变得突出起来。为了解决这些问题,要求探索LD法的新技术。我们将不遗余力地研究新技术并对炼钢技术的发展做出贡献。
This article describes some of the experiences with the new converter at the Nippon Steel Corporation using various hot metal ratios. The effects of cold pig iron (ie, low silicon pig iron), high heating value boilers (coke, ferrosilicon, calcium carbide, silicon carbide), and low iron / water ratio preheat scrap and cold pig iron are described in great detail. Also discussed the high-speed rail than the technical conditions of operation. Conclusions Some experiences with using various hot metal ratios for LD converters at Japanese steel companies have been discussed. LD operations have seen many advances over the past decade. However, recent economic and environmental problems in terms of resources and energy use have become prominent. In order to solve these problems, it is required to explore the new technique of LD method. We will spare no effort in researching new technologies and contributing to the development of steelmaking technology.
