目的探讨妈富隆联合二甲双胍治疗多囊卵巢综合征(polycystic ovarian syndrome,PCOS)的效果。方法选择2009年2月—2012年8月收治的PCOS患者142例,随机分为观察组与对照组各71例,观察组自月经或撤退性出血第5天开始口服妈富隆、二甲双胍,其中妈富隆1片/次,1次/d,二甲双胍500 mg/次,3次/d,21 d为1个周期,治疗21 d后停止服药,待下次月经或撤退性出血第5天开始下个周期的治疗。对照组给予妈富隆治疗,用法与观察组一致。两组均连续治疗3个周期。比较两组治疗前后黄体生成激素(luteinizing hormone,LH)、卵泡刺激素(follicle-stimulating hormone,FSH)、LH/FSH、血清总睾酮(testosterone,T)、空腹胰岛素(fastinginsulin,FIN)、BMI的变化幅度。计量资料用u检验,P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果治疗前后LH、FSH、LH/FSH、T、FIN、BMI变化幅度观察组[(7.74±0.52)、(0.78±0.16)U/L、1.92±0.38、(1.68±0.24)nmol、(5.83±0.67)pmol/L、(2.68±0.19)kg/m2]与对照组[(5.52±0.41)、(0.33±0.11)U/L、1.36±0.27、(1.09±0.18)nmol/L、(3.07±0.95)pmol/L、(1.50±0.12)kg/m2]比较差异均有统计学意义(u=28.25、10.12、16.57、20.01、44.25、19.53,均P<0.05)。结论妈富隆联合二甲双胍治疗PCOS可显著改善患者内分泌紊乱,效果满意,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the effect of Marvelon combined with metformin in the treatment of polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS). Conclusion Marvelon combined with metformin in the treatment of PCOS can significantly improve patients with endocrine disorders, with satisfactory results, it is worth promoting.
