文献[1]曾提出用对乙酰基偶氮羧测定微量钙,并可用以测定试剂中的微量杂质钙和合金中的微量钙,方法的灵敏度高,但其显色温度及显色体积均受到限制。本文介绍用武汉大学首次合成的显色剂3-(4-羧基苯偶氮)-6-(4-乙酰基苯偶氨)-4,5-二羟基-2,7-萘二磺酸,简称对乙酰基偶氮羧-p,测定微量钙,如酸性硅酸岩及纯硅中的微量钙的测定。可直接在水相显色,简单快速,钙与显色剂在25℃瞬时可形成络合物。络合物稳定,实验条件易于控制。灵敏度高,摩尔吸光系数为ε_(720)=1.56×10~5。目前是较理想的测定微量钙的试剂。
