盘锦市国家税务局直属一分局负责中油辽河油田分公司、辽河石油勘探局、辽河金马油田股份有限公司、中油辽河石化分公司的税收征收管理工作。1999年建局以来,在盘锦市国税局党组的正确领导下,扎实工作,勇于改革,锐意进取,各项工作都取得突破进展。四年来,共组织税收收入1,350,366万元,其中增值税930,057万元,消费税66,511万元,所得税353,797万元,税收收入占全市国税系统的80％以上,为盘锦市的经济建设做出了突出贡献。目前,盘锦市国税局直属一分局已经成为辽宁省国税系统税收征收额度最大的专业化分局。
A branch directly under the State Taxation Bureau of Panjin City is responsible for the administration of tax collection of Liaohe Oilfield Branch of CNPC, Liaohe Petroleum Exploration Bureau, Liaohe Jinma Oilfield Co., Ltd. and Liaohe Petrochemical Branch of CNPC. Since the establishment of the Bureau in 1999, under the correct leadership of the party group of the State Administration of Taxation in Panjin City, we have made solid progress in our work with courage to reform and forge ahead with determination. We have made breakthroughs in all our work. In the past four years, a total of 13,036.66 million yuan in tax revenue has been set aside, of which the value-added tax is 93,010.57 million yuan, the consumption tax is 665.11 million yuan, and the income tax is 3.53777 billion yuan. Tax revenue accounts for over 80% of the city’s tax system and has made outstanding contributions to Panjin’s economic construction. . At present, a branch directly under the State Taxation Bureau of Panjin City has become the specialized branch with the largest tax collection amount in the tax system of Liaoning Province.
