气缸垫烧坏之后,气缸体与气缸盖之间即失去了密封作用,出现漏水、漏气、漏油等现象,严重影响发动机的正常工作。为防止这种故障的发生,在使用维护保养中应注意以下几点: (1)起动发动机时油门不能加得太大,起动后不能采用大油门的办法使发动机高速旋转来提高发动机的温度。更不应在发动机尚未达到正常工作温度时,立即带负荷作业,否则易烧坏缸垫。
