Comrade Lin Piao and Comrade Zhou Enlai made important remarks at the congress of leaders of the Central Government meeting the revolutionary teachers and students coming to Beijing throughout the country: We should conscientiously and thoroughly implement the Mao Zedong Thought as a guide to the Great Proletarian Cultural Revolution Sixteen Red Guards and revolutionary teachers and students solemnly declare: resolutely listen to Chairman Mao’s remarks and are determined to use the PLA as an example and follow the 16 items of the Central Party’s Central Government’s work in carrying the Great Proletarian Cultural Revolution to the end!
