由中国力学学会、中国航空学会、中国机械工程学会和中国宇航学会联合举办的“第三届振动理论及应用学术会议”于1987年8月9日至12日在哈尔滨举行,有全国各地代表259人出席会议。会上共交流了250篇学术论文,其中大会发言4篇,分会场交流246篇。中共黑龙江省委副书记、中共哈尔滨市委书记李根深,副省长靖伯文,省委常委、省科委主任朱典明及省科协的党组书记副主席夏奎耀同志,省科协副主席张洪恩同志出席了大会开幕式,出席开幕式的还有学部委员刘恢先教授及哈尔滨工业大学副校长强文义副教授。会议由黄文虎教授主持,学部委员胡海昌教授致开幕词。本次学术会议是在组织委员会主任杜庆华教授领导下进行筹备的。自1986年3月征文以来,共收到论文稿件396篇,是历届振动会议收到稿件最多的一次。组织委员会根据择优录取,适当照顾各地区平衡,各部门平
The Third Conference on Vibration Theory and Applications jointly organized by the Chinese Society of Mechanics, the Chinese Society of Aeronautics, the Chinese Society of Mechanical Engineering and the Chinese Society of Aeronautics was held in Harbin from August 9 to 12, 1987 with 259 delegates from all over the country People attend the meeting. A total of 250 academic papers were exchanged during the conference, including 4 speeches at the conference and 246 sub-conference exchanges. Deputy Secretary of CPC Heilongjiang Provincial CPC Committee, Harbin Municipal Party Committee Secretary Li root deep, vice governor Jing Bowen, Provincial Party Committee, Provincial Science and Technology Commission Zhu Dianming and Provincial Association for Science and Technology Party Committee Vice Chairman Xia Kuiyao Comrade, Provincial Association for Science and Technology Zhang Honggen Comrades attended the opening ceremony of the General Assembly. At the opening ceremony, Professor Liu Huixian and Associate Professor Wen Wenyi, vice dean of Harbin Institute of Technology attended the opening ceremony. The meeting was presided over by Professor Huang Wenhu, Professor Hu Haichang, member of the academic department, delivered the opening speech. The academic conference is under the leadership of Professor Du Qinghua, director of the Organizing Committee. Since the essay was submitted in March 1986, a total of 396 papers have been received, which is the highest number of manuscripts received by the previous vibration conferences.
