城市规划是城市建设和管理的约束方式,以公共政策为导向,根据政策的相关内容进行城市规划,方能保证城市建设和管理的有序实施。文章主要通过对城市规划概述、现阶段城市规划公共政策以及公共政策导向与依法行政下的城市规划等内容进行研究分析,总结城市规划与公共政策之间的相互影响关系。
Urban planning is a constraining way of urban construction and management. With public policies as the orientation, urban planning can be carried out according to the relevant contents of policies so as to ensure the orderly implementation of urban construction and management. The article mainly analyzes and summarizes the urban planning, the current urban planning public policy and the public policy orientation and the urban planning under the legal administration and so on, and summarizes the interaction between urban planning and public policy.
