树叶吹奏在我国民间比较盛行,全国各地几乎都有吹奏树叶的习惯,特别是玩童吹奏。然而要吹奏出节奏明快、情绪欢畅的乐曲来,则要数我国西南地区云、贵、川等少数民族地区。在当地民歌中这样唱道:“吹叶要趁叶子青,谈情要趁年纪轻。”“一首木叶一首歌,两首木叶翻山坡,三首木叶翻贫口,问妹何时得见哥。”由此看来,吹奏树叶和少数民族的爱情生活是紧密相联的。
