脑胶质瘤是一种最常见的颅内恶性肿瘤,约占脑肿瘤的半数以上。尤其是恶性胶质瘤侵袭性强、易转移、易复发,传统的手术治疗、放射治疗和化学药物治疗效果并不理想,而溶瘤治疗是近年来国内外学者提出的一种针对肿瘤的新型免疫治疗方法。新城疫病毒就是溶瘤病毒的一种,将其改造成免疫原性更高、效价性更多、安全性更好的新城疫病毒修饰的自体瘤疫苗,已逐渐得到国内外学者的认可。本文就其在脑胶质瘤中的最新进展情况进行综述。
Glioma is one of the most common intracranial malignant tumors, accounting for more than half of brain tumors. Newcastle disease virus is a kind of oncolytic virus, which is transformed into newcastle disease virus modified autologous tumor vaccine with higher immunogenicity, more potency and better safety. It has been gradually recognized by domestic and foreign scholars. This article reviews its recent progress in glioma.
