提出了一种计算离心泵叶轮内部流动的方法,并采用该方法预测了切削叶片头部时叶轮的扬程变化;研究了叶轮内部二次流对泵性能的影响;最后讨论了叶片负压面边界层分离区内的压力修正。结果表明,本文所提出的方法可以作为预测泵内流动和泵性能的一种手段。
A method to calculate the internal flow of the centrifugal pump impeller is proposed. The method is used to predict the lift of the impeller when cutting the blade head. The influence of the secondary flow inside the impeller on the performance of the pump is studied. Finally, Layer pressure correction within the separation zone. The results show that the proposed method can be used as a means of predicting pump flow and pump performance.
