在医疗卫生体制改革和科研体制改革日益深化的形势下,健康教育事业面临着严峻的考验。作为国家级的健康教育机构,必须顺应形势的发展,适应和满足广大人民群众的健康需求,在竞争中求生存求发展。2001年9月,在卫生部干部人事制度改革试点工作动员大会后,我所作为卫生部人事制度改革综合试点单位,全面进行了机构调整及人事制度改革工作。
Health care education is facing a severe test under the situation of the medical and health system reform and the scientific research system reform deepening. As a state-level health education institution, we must comply with the development of the situation, adapt to and meet the health needs of the broad masses of people, and strive for survival and development in the competition. In September 2001, following the mobilization meeting of the pilot reform of the personnel system of the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Health, as the comprehensive pilot unit for the reform of the personnel system under the Ministry of Health, conducted a comprehensive body restructuring and personnel system reform.
