据估算,仅解吸塔釜温控制不当一项,全国所有催化裂化装置的年经济效益可损失数亿元之巨。其原因在于对解吸塔策温的重要性及其对经济效益的影响认识不足以及如何确定解吸塔最佳策温不甚明了。提出了一个根据釜液C2浓度来确定解吸塔最佳釜温的方法。
It is estimated that only one of the desorption tower autoclave temperature control, all of the country’s catalytic cracking unit of the annual economic losses can be hundreds of millions of giant loss. The reason is that the importance of the temperature of the desorption tower and its lack of understanding of the economic benefits and how to determine the optimal temperature for the desorption tower are not clear.
