中国广西国际青年交流学院举办国际青年干部高级研修班已有10多年的历史,在国际青年干部培训方面积累了丰富的经验,本文对学院多年来的国际青年干部培训教学管理做了简单的回顾,积极探索教学改革,提出教学改革的三项措施,一是教学、交流、考察三位一体;二是教学内容创新;三是教学方法创新。
