法律文化存在着多种界定,其类型的划分为研究不同法律文化的冲突与融合提供了基础。多元的法律文化克服地理与认识上的障碍,通过战争、贸易等方式互动交流,寻求促进共同发展的结合点。但与此同时,这种互动也面临着如何调适本土化与全球化之间的矛盾的考验。
There are many definitions of legal culture, and their classification provides the basis for studying the conflicts and integration of different legal cultures.
