多年来,有的州或有的同志不时提出我省“草原畜牧业现代化”问题,稍慎重的也提环湖“草原畜牧业现代化”问题。据我所知,中央国家有关部门不曾提出青藏高原草原畜牧业现代化问题。所以不提,我想有其原因。我也不主张提上述口号或目标,原因是,就我省草原畜牧业而言,眼下,尚不具备建设现代化的条件,理由是: 1 建设现代化草原畜牧业的相关标准远未完善草原畜牧业的现代化应有以下相关的基本标准:
