目的研究兴安毛连菜Picris davurica地上部分的化学成分,并进行初步活性评价。方法采用MCI、Sephadex LH-20和ODS柱色谱分离化合物,运用NMR等波谱法鉴定了化合物结构,通过清除DPPH实验探讨抗氧化活性。结果从兴安毛连菜60%乙醇提取部分分离得到11个咖啡酸衍生化合物,分别鉴定为咖啡酸(1)、咖啡酰酒石酸(2)、绿原酸(3)、二咖啡酰酒石酸(4)、5-咖啡酰基莽草酸(5)、3,4-二咖啡酰基奎宁酸(6)、3,5-二咖啡酰基奎宁酸(7)、4,5-二咖啡酰奎宁酸(8)、4-咖啡酰基奎宁酸(9)、5-咖啡酰基奎宁酸(10)、3,4-dihydroxy-6-(3,4-dihydroxy-E-styryl)-2-pyron-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(11)。结论所有化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到,且显示具有一定的抗氧化活性。
Aim To study the chemical constituents of the aerial part of Picris davurica and to evaluate its preliminary activity. Methods The compounds were separated by column chromatography on MCI, Sephadex LH-20 and ODS. The structures of the compounds were identified by NMR spectroscopy. The antioxidant activities were investigated by DPPH scavenging assay. Results 11 caffeic acid derivative compounds were isolated from 60% ethanol extract of Weng Lianmao, and were identified as caffeic acid (1), caffeoyl tartaric acid (2), chlorogenic acid (3) and dicaffeoyltartaric acid (4) , 5-caffeoylshikimate (5), 3,4-dicaffeoylquinic acid (6), 3,5-dicaffeoylquinic acid (7), 4,5-dicaffeoylquinic acid 8), 4-caffeoylquinic acid (9), 5-caffeoylquinic acid (10), 3,4-dihydroxy-E-styryl -O-β-D-glucopyranoside (11). Conclusion All the compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time and showed some anti-oxidative activity.
