永顺县某厂KZG2——1 3型蒸汽锅炉,系某锅炉厂一九八○年的产品。它的尾部受热面只有空气预热器,没有省煤器。自投入运行以来,不断发生空气预热器爆破事故。今年三月三日发生爆破事故时,将鼓风机炸毁(见图1)。经检查,空气预热器完好无损。爆炸原因究竟在哪里?大家知道,凡是燃烧引起的爆炸,必须同时具备三个条件:一是要有可燃物,二是要有氧气,三是要有火源或爆炸所需要的温度。按空气预热器的工作原理,里面只有空气(按重量计算,氧气占23%),而无火源和可燃物,照理讲不会发生爆炸事故。

Since put into operation, there has been an explosion of air preheater accident. When a blast accident occurred on March 3 this year, the blower was destroyed (see Figure 1). After examination, the air preheater intact. As we all know, all the explosions caused by the combustion must have three conditions at the same time: one is to have combustibles, the other is to have oxygen, the other is to have a source of fire or explosion temperature required. According to the working principle of the air preheater, there is only air inside (23% by weight of oxygen) without any source of ignition and combustibles, and it is fair to say that no explosion will occur.
