为了提高孩子的习作水平,我实践着一种“放之四海而皆准”的方法——多读多写。在我所任教的班级内,有计划地指导孩子大量阅读那些适于他们那个年龄段的中外名著、经典美文等已成为我的一种习惯——保证每学期每个孩子读整本书绝对不少于4本。同时,为了督导孩子不唯读书而读书,也为了督导孩子多动笔,以切实提高他们的语言组织和篇章整合能力,我坚持让孩子每天都写“读书笔记”。结果是,大多数同学书读了好大一堆,笔记记了好几大本,捧出来的那些习作却仍然是“面黄肌瘦”的样,真是愁煞人!
