我们首次测得了人体内源性原叶琳原卟啉(PP)和血清蛋白(BSA)及其混合液的荧光衰减寿命和时间分辨光谱。结果显示,BSA和PP的混合使得BSA的荧光寿命变短,而PP的荧光寿命则变长,从而进一步肯定了BSA→PP的能量传递过程的存在,并为光敏治癌的机理研究提供了有用的依据。
For the first time, we measured the fluorescence decay lifetimes and time-resolved spectra of protoporphyrin (PP), serum albumin (BSA) and their mixtures.
