恢复历史的本来面目,客观评价党史人物是每一名党史和国史工作者的基本责任;尊重历史,实事求是,是我们研究党史、评价党史人物应遵循的基本原则。然而,在相当长的一个时期内,社会上和学术界一些人对中国共产党历史上重要人物的评判,缺乏客观求实的态度,多是主观臆断,绝对否定或肯定,存在着歪曲、丑化、拔高、吹捧等现象,特别是一些有争议的人物,常被脸谱化和被妖魔化,混淆了是非,扰乱了人们的思想,不利于社会和谐。
To restore the true nature of history and objectively evaluate the historical figures of the party is the basic responsibility of every party history and national history worker. Respecting history and seeking truth from facts are the basic principles that we should follow in studying the party history and evaluating the history of the party. However, for some fairly long period of time, some people in the society and academia lacked the objective and realistic attitude in judging the important figures in the history of the Chinese Communist Party. They mostly made subjective assumptions, absolutely rejected or affirmed, and distorted, vilified and exaggerated , Touted and other phenomena, especially some controversial figures, often being masked and demonized, confused right and wrong, disrupting people’s thinking is not conducive to social harmony.
