采用高效液相色谱法,使用正相手性柱,以v(正己烷)∶v(异丙醇)=50∶50为流动相,在流速为1.0m L/min,检测波长为210 nm的条件下,对20%精甲·氰霜唑悬浮剂中的精甲霜灵进行定量测定。使用反相ODS柱,以v(乙腈)∶v(水)=65∶35为流动相,在流速1.0 m L/min、检测波长280 nm的条件下,对20%精甲·氰霜唑悬浮剂中的氰霜唑进行定量测定。结果表明,精甲霜灵和氰霜唑的线性相关系数分别为0.9990和0.9990,标准偏差分别为0.09和0.03,变异系数分别为0.008%和0.004%,平均回收率分别为99.96%和100.06%。
High performance liquid chromatography with a normal phase chiral column was used with a mobile phase of v (n-hexane): v (isopropanol) = 50:50 at a flow rate of 1.0 mL / min and a detection wavelength of 210 nm , The metformin in 20% dexamethasone suspension was quantified.
